We have been trying to contact Mr Sam about a Day Trip in June but with no luck.
Cathy Gary s Travel Pages have got 2 web sites for him but both dont exist anymore.. :-

Did you try the web links as well. I m sure it wouldnt be just my pc..
I tried his links as well Sam, so its not just you haha, have not had a reply from him yet.
Sam said he tried to update his webpage but it vanished into cyberspace so he has to make another one. He does reply to the emails but sometimes goes away to Bangkok so may take a few days.

Hey I haven t heard back since I wrote 2 weeks ago. I also sent a reminder last week but no go.
Heard nothing back from Manop/ Panya either.
I ended up booking with Yamai.
Yeah, its been a week for us, but we had good success with Panya. We have booked him for our airport transfers.
We were trying to book Mr Sam for the Phang Nga Bay/Village/Bang Phat day trip but maybe we ll have to rethink our option. I d hate to keep waiting and find out that they are all pretty busy around the time we go which is in about 4 weeks.
PS. I know Mr Sam s mobile number is there but I m not that confident in using it, weird to ring someone out of the blue and maybe with a language barrier over the telephone..
Mr Sam does speak good english as I telephoned out of the blue when I was in Phuket. He always tells me to speak slowly. He is a really great guy and I highly recommend especially the Phang nga trip with him it was a wonderful special day and so different to other trips.
I wouldn t have a problem phoning Sam out of the blue if you don t get a response from emailing him. That said, we used him in December/Jan a lot and he was good but he is fairly involved in a muli-level business thing as well which I think takes up a lot of his time now. He needed to outsource our airport trip as he was not going to be available he though we booked him months before. It was as the driver/transport was as good as Sam.

On Friday we hired Mr. Sam to drive us around Phuket Island for the day. George found him through reviews online, and we also highly recommend him.

Answer 11 of 22: I have emailed Mr Sam after reading the recommendations for him on here and he s quoted me 1800 baht for a scenic drive from Kata Noi up to Khao Lak.
